    The guys that came to install my tv wall mount and tv along with the sound bar did a great job!

    Remote and TV do not play nice

    May return, not happy with sound bar. Remote does not play nice with TV. Sound bar does not have any on screen display so you know what is going on. Not convinced the sun woffer is working

    Sound is not very different from the stock tv sound. The subwoofer never connected to the bar or tv. Still trying to figure that out after 2 weeks.

      This seems like the same sub disconnection issue we addressed on ECR-6407. Please guide the customer thru pairing process and if that's not working, they can power cycle the sub and bar. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    device shut off after a few minutes time if i was not watching something live. this a default which cannot be disinguaged.

    Love the combo. The sub sometimes doesn’t give any sound, I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work

    The volume controls on the soundbar itself did not work. Using the volume controls on the soundbar remote was also unsuccessful. I followed the instructions to move sound control to the TV remote unsuccessfully. The volume was too loud and couldn’t be controlled so I returned the soundbar.
