I bought him a New TV with the Wall hanger and sound bar. I installed everything for him and he loves it. Great prices too! Only problem is the sub doesnt pair with the sound bar. Been trying for weeks. No sub

Gets the job done

I have this set up in my garage for the kids and watch movies or listen to music on it

Remote and TV do not play nice

Remote does not play nice with TV. Sound bar does not have any on screen display so you know what is going on. Not convinced the sun woffer is working

Sound is just OK

This seems like the same sub disconnection issue we addressed on ECR-6407. Please guide the customer thru pairing process and if that's not working, they can power cycle the sub and bar.
