Sound is just OK

This seems like the same sub disconnection issue we addressed on ECR-6407. Please guide the customer thru pairing process and if that's not working, they can power cycle the sub and bar.

Good sound and bass

No volume control

Using the volume controls on the soundbar remote was also unsuccessful. I followed the instructions to move sound control to the TV remote unsuccessfully. The volume was too loud and couldn’t be controlled so I returned the soundbar.

Very bad product

9 months and Subwoofer doesn’t work.

Terrible company, sad to see it going down hill

It took three weeks to even get a response on a refund or replacement. Their resolve was to refund me $9 since it was outside of the refund window by the time they got back to me….

In her living room, it worked fine up till 2 nights ago. When she turn the TV on speaker started popping. Scratching sounds no audio coming out of it. Just scratching staticky, subwoofer, started poppin', it's a piece of crap. Not worth what I paid for sure.
