    Received an open box sound bar with a missing cable. It took three weeks to even get a response on a refund or replacement. Their resolve was to refund me $9 since it was outside of the refund window by the time they got back to me….

    I bought this in January for my sister's t. V. In her living room, it worked fine up till 2 nights ago. When she turn the TV on speaker started popping. Scratching sounds no audio coming out of it. Just scratching staticky, subwoofer, started poppin', it's a piece of crap. Not worth what I paid for sure.

    No instructions, so that you spend an extra few hundred dollars to get a geek to make it work. When I returned it, I lost $75 that I had to buy unneeded parts with (missed up in-store refund, that I lost).

    Sweet Sound with Simply Set-Up/Cost

    I was pleasantly surprised by the performance, sound quality and price of this sound bar. First, the subwoofer has a deep, responsive bass. Next, the set up was simple. Just plug and play (I spent more time unboxing than setting up). The sound bar produces clear and quality spatial sound that fills the room. My only concern is, if you use it in a larger room, I'm not sure it will perform well. However, if you live in a Metro NY style residence (smaller), this is all you need if you want that "blockbuster" cinema sound on a budget.
