    device shut off after a few minutes time if i was not watching something live. this a default which cannot be disinguaged.

    Love the combo. The sub sometimes doesn’t give any sound, I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work

    The volume controls on the soundbar itself did not work. Using the volume controls on the soundbar remote was also unsuccessful. I followed the instructions to move sound control to the TV remote unsuccessfully. The volume was too loud and couldn’t be controlled so I returned the soundbar.

    I bought this 9 months ago, I don’t use it very often, and the subwoofer will not power on. It’s completely dead already.

    Received an open box sound bar with a missing cable. It took three weeks to even get a response on a refund or replacement. Their resolve was to refund me $9 since it was outside of the refund window by the time they got back to me….

    I bought this in January for my sister's t. V. In her living room, it worked fine up till 2 nights ago. When she turn the TV on speaker started popping. Scratching sounds no audio coming out of it. Just scratching staticky, subwoofer, started poppin', it's a piece of crap. Not worth what I paid for sure.

    No instructions, so that you spend an extra few hundred dollars to get a geek to make it work. When I returned it, I lost $75 that I had to buy unneeded parts with (missed up in-store refund, that I lost).
