    A disappointing product!

This Insignia 2.1 soundbar is a total disappointment. Unless i received a randomly defective unit, here are its shortcomings: 1. Sub is distorted at all frequencies and randomly buzzes. (See other folks’ reviews). 2. The sub linking process took over 20 minutes to complete and it lost its connection overnight. 3. The sub reproduces higher frequencies like human voices which cheapens the audio experience. 4. The power supply for the soundbar is a low voltage plugin like a USB phone charger (a sign of cheap inferior design). 5. Even the sales person in the store would not tecommend this item. Should have taken his advice. Whole experience was a waste of time. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT! Best Buy? NOT!!!!!!!

    Poor quality

Bought this with our new TV. It sounded great for about an hour then we started hearing a popping sound. Took it back and got another one. It started making the same sound within 15 minutes. We weren’t using an HdMi cable (says “best”way to connect) so went and bought a cable thinking it would solve the issue. Nope. Taking this second one back and wii go buy a different brand

I bought one and it didn’t work through hdmi port at all. Could use Bluetooth only. Returned it. Sucks because it sounds good for the money
