||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I researched and bought the Insignia 2.5. cubic ft mini fridge for my son's birthday, strictly as a soda/ beer fridge. I liked the fact that it didn't have a freezer compartment, as with my experience with mini-fridges, is nothing but a hassle with temperature control and ice build up causing need to constantlly thaw unit out. I got it on sale for $119.00 and in the three weeks it's been in service, it's exceeded my expectations due to the fact that it runs more quietly than I had hoped for. It keeps sodas and beer (about 60 twelve oz cans) chilled to perfection, as settings go as low as 34 degrees. So far, very good. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this product.

I was mostly concerned about fitting under my counter, which it did, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it looks in black. The door has a perfect finish and the Insignia logo is not intrusive. You will not go wrong with this purchase.

Perfect Mini Fridge for a College Dorm

The size is excellent, it doesn’t make noise, and it doesn’t take up much space. It keeps everything cold water, Gatorades, yogurts; and has been very practical overall. A very functional fridge at a great price.
