The rattling noise is distracting and noisy when I'm trying to sleep. It's leveled properly but it's still rattling loudly while being completely empty or filled.

It looks great but the only down fall is the loud noise that it produces. I bought it for my room but it was too loud and I couldn’t sleep so I will be returning it.

Delivery was a mess

I realized two days ago after finding it full of burst soda cans, there was a problem. After a complete thaw, I reduced the temperature setting to "1" , the warmest possible setting only to find the inside temp was still 20˚F. JUNK.
