unable to get ice

I bought this fridge because I like having my ice around the clock also I felt in love with the grab and go section . I try all different settings and nothing so far . I will contact Best Buy soon for service but right now because of the Corona virus I don’t feel comfortable having someone in my home right now . Very frustrated!
