Quality is on-par with more expensive models. Glass shelves give it a "higher end" look. I can't think of anything negative. It's a mini-fridge and it does the job. I did not have it shipped and I think that's where a lot of people have issues with dents, scratches, etc. Upon opening it looked all scratched but there is a film on it that is a little hard to remove.
