It works but disappointed that there's a dent

When I took it home, I knew I was pretty much screwed because at that point, it's a she said he said rule and nothing will get done. Next time when I purchase something like this, I am going to have Bestbuy open and check the product before buying.

Great product but came damaged!

However, one of the top corners is severely bent and one of the sides have scratches. I called the store I got it from and they told me my only option if to return it in store then order another one. Usually when you get something delivered, you have the option of returning it without going to store. I then called corporate and they offered me a gift card instead of me waiting on another one.
