When I picked it up the packaging looked Like the fridge fell out of a truck. When I opened the box the top right corner of the fridge was dented

Exactly as other reviewers wrote. It came with a dented front door, dented side and something stuck between the bottom frame and the door. I was excited to get this for my office and now i have the headache of returning this.

First impressions of the fridge are solid. I picked it up at my local best buy and i didn't notice any dents or problems with it. I mainly got this fridge to replace my old beer fridge, so I wanted to make sure it fit a good amount of beer, especially 16oz cans. The first thing I did was remove a shelf and slide the top one up one notch. This allowed 3 rows of shelving easily fit 16oz Cans. I was initially worried the angled holders in the door would only be good for 12oz cans, but I was wrong. 16oz cans fit in them, even with beer on the shelves which is great. But there are a few design flaws I noticed that i can live with but are just weird; The top right shelf in the door doesn't fit a 12oz can so it's practically useless. I guess you could lay a can on its side so its not a total loss. The very bottom shelf in the fridge can only fit one row of cans, you can not double up the row because the bar on the door will hit it and not close. And the last thing is that there is no light within the fridge. I didn't even think of looking if there was or not before purchasing, but I noticed that right away when plugging it in. This isn't a big deal but it helps when finding a beer late at night. This is a fixable so it's fine but my previous mini fridge had one so I was used to it. Overall, I am pleased with the fridge after having it for the first 12 hours. It can easily fit over a case of beer (24 beers +), most of them being 16oz cans. And the beers I put in the fridge right after plugging it in that were just a tad cold, are at a nice cold temperature after having the fridge at setting 4 for 12 hours. This isn't the perfect fridge, but for $150 you cannot go wrong for a beer fridge. Time to slap some stickers on it!

My insignia mini fridge came dented on the top side and dented on the door.

Opened it and it was damaged. I didn’t open it within the return window cause I was having electric installed for the location. 2 weeks past return window and BestBuy is no help. I’ve spent over 5k this year and I am a Totaltech member. So much for that. Not sure where the damage occurred, best but or delivery.

The product came with damage but due to hassle of returning it, we decided to just keep it! No wonder it’s on sale!

Purchased in November, by mid-March it stopped working. Luckily my husband noticed it was leaking water, then pulled it out and realized it has almost started a fire. Electrical equipment in the back is black and smells burnt.

We’ve had this just shy of a year and it just stopped working. Was working perfectly then all of a sudden it wasn’t. Not happy!

New out of the box and it has a dent. I hVen even plugged it in.

The refrigerator arrived in its box very well packed To my surprise when I opened the refrigerator’s box the refrigerator was all dented. Perhaps Best Buy should place more emphasis to these manufactures to make sure products meat BB quality standards See pictures attaches

Picked this up for my home office and it’s been a total game changer. The 2.6 cu. ft. size is just right — fits drinks, snacks, and even a few meal preps without taking up too much space. Super quiet, stays cold, and looks clean and modern in black. The adjustable shelves and reversible door are a nice bonus too. For the price, it’s easily one of the best small fridges out there. Highly recommend!

Received damaged fridge I’m not happy with my order

Absolutely displeased. Damaged when I receive the item from delivery.

I know I should have looked in the box prior to leaving but the definitely should know how to store items or inspect them off the truck

The Insignia 2.6 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge is a great compact option for small spaces. It has plenty of room for drinks, snacks, and other essentials. The temperature control works well, and it's relatively quiet. The only downside is that It doesn’t have a freezer

The product I was sent was used with food crusted on the shelf when my husband opened it.

Received A damaged box and has a big dent on the front of fridge

Item arrived damaged on the corner, like so many others, but the fridge functions as it should Noise wise, it's quite when the compressor isn't running. Compressor will kick in whenever it needs to regulate internal temperature(the temp you set it at); or whenever you introduce room temperature or hot items inside the fridge. When the compressor runs, it has a low growl. May be annoying to some, but it's not a problem for myself. It's not a sounds that would wake you or your pet up. Plenty of space in the fridge. Fully glass shelves with plastic soda can holders on the side; which are all removable for customization. If you want to hold the traditional "mexican coca cola" or glass beer bottles in the side; it doesn't really fit and hits the shelves upon closure. No light inside this mini fridge. Temp settings are adjusted with a dial that goes 0-7. 0 is for turning the unit off/running a manual defrost. 7 setting is pretty much overkill and will make your compressor kick in more often. Sweet spot is 4-6 for nice cold drinks. Glass shelves are not flusly fit (they actually wobble a bit when you're settling drinks on them) and can easily be pulled off by a child, so I would not put this in the vicinity of children. Overall a perfect fridge, just wish it didn't come damaged. I was able to get a price adjustment due to the damage.
