    This refrigerator came in a timely manner, however it was damaged inside the box. There were dents and scratches through the protective wrapping. We needed a fridge, so we kept it, but it was really disappointing to receive something you paid full price for and have it come damaged. Three stars because it’s functioning.

    Selected as a dorm refrigerator based on function. Unfortunately had to return based on scratches on the exterior. Liked, so wanted to return for another, BestBuy policy would not let us inspect prior to purchase, so opened the 2nd one in the parking lot. same scratches. Returned this one also and went to another big box. They opened the box, let us inspect, no problem, purchase completed.
