When it arrived, the box was torn and there were at least ten dents on the refrigerator. Purchased this on sale for $80. For that price, I would have expected the refrigerator to be in excellent condition. Not damaged. I called customer service to either request a discount or get a return label if they don’t offer discounts. Was told that they would not offer a discount and that a shipping label would be sent and that I would need to bring it to a UPS store or Best Buy store for a return. I told the representative that the refrigerator seems to be working and that returning it is a hassle since it will need to be boxed up and hauled to the store which is very inconvenient due to the weight. They refused to offer any discounts. Considering all the dents and the torn packaging, I might as well have purchase an open box item for half the price
