Fridge works fine, packaging needs to be improved

Brought the fridge back to best Buy for an in person exchange. The customer service was great. Fast, apologetic, even loaded and unloaded into car without requests. Unfortunately 2nd fridge wasn’t cosmetically perfect either. It also had dents and scratches on the corners and top. We kept it anyway as it was becoming a hassle to keep returning. The fridge runs fine thus far. We only use it for beverages (water, beer, seltzer). Overall packaging needs to be improved especially around the edges of the item. Consider using styrofoam vs thin cardboard.

Almost too cold

I needed to clean it out once because a can of soda exploded because the fridge got too cold. This is a good problem to have so I've just adjusted the temp. I'm not bothered by the sound at all but I also have a fish tank so maybe it's hard to tell.
