Any time the motor runs to cool off it makes one of two noises- the classic whirring type noise all fridges make, or a really weird ticking/cracking type noise. My fiancé kept thinking the cats were scratching the carpet near it if that explains it any. Not sure what causes the different noises but it works well outside of that

While it keeps my drinks absolutely chill, it has begun leaking water. If the flooring in my basement were not waterproof, it would have ruined the flooring. While it cools properly for the price, be wary of where you place this refrigerator.
