Two deliveries both damaged

Ordered the mini fridge for my son in college. First one arrived damaged so I elected to return and a replacement delivered by one company and pick up was to be by another. Support promised that the replacement delivery company would pick up return and the pickup fee was covered. NOPE. I paid the pickup fee. Second one as a replacement for the first was also damaged. Same story. I paid returns and ordered from another company. No idea how the mini-fridge performed but I do know that Best Buy "Total Tech" membership / support telephone service failed miserably.

Clicking noise

About a week ago I noticed it stated to click then the compressor would stop the it would click some more then the compressor would run.
