    The package came in damaged with scratches and almost a whole but overall works well and has a freezer

    I ordered this mini fridge online. The 1st one came with a dent on the door. I returned the fridge and ordered a replacement. The 2nd one came with a dent on the door, too. Both times the boxes that the mini fridge was shipped in were in perfect condition. This leads me to believe that the fridges had the dents prior to packaging them. Needless to say, I am returning the second fridge.

    Nice quality and would recommend.....only complaint is the fridge had dents straight out of the box. I did a curbside pickup so I believe it was damaged prior to my purchase. It definitely serves its purpose.

    It does what its suppose to do. It is however very loud especially when empty so always keep it full to avoid the dreadful sputtering noise.

    This fridge was plugged in a couple weeks after I ordered it delivered, then in about six hours it leaked oil all over my floor, smelled up the whole house (I thought that we had an electrical fire somewhere!) and never even cooled the inside. It was plugged in about six hours. It is possible that it was turned upside down during delivery or had some some rough handling. Either way, I would not ever order it again. Now I am struggling with Best Buy to return it and get my money back, but since I didn't open it until after the return date (two weeks) and threw away the packaging long before I plugged it in, I probably won't get a refund. I bought what I thought was a two year warranty. It was a Geek Squad two year plan. A waste of money since I don't need another fridge. I bought a replacement because I needed it immediately for guests. No satisfaction from Best Buy. 45 minutes on CHAT with seven transfers. They ultimately told me to call an 800 number who told me I was up the creek. Yay. I was misled about the two-year coverage. :( Not recommended. Not the fridge, and definitely not Best Buy.

    The fridge works great but arrived with a lot of denting/damage. Doesn't seem to affect the operation. Inconvenient to return so I'll hope for the best.

    I originally purchased the fridge to keep drinks and my insulin cool worked great for a year then it failed. Should be more durable. So they basically give you an excuse to get the extended warranty because I was told that they won't try to fix they would just replace it with a new one. That came from corporate.

    I am so disappointed with this mini fridge. After barely over a year of use, the compressor went out. It should not have died this soon. I purchased two and the other one is working fine.

    Best Buy is a nightmare save your time

    I ordered this fridge for my office. It was supposed to come within two days. FedEx then changed the date of delivery twice. A week later it was lost. I finally got a refund and I went online and oddly enough there was same-day delivery available. I re-purchased it and it was delivered. I got it all the way to my office and packed it in the whole side of it is dented.

    I bought this in December for my office. Our return to the office date was pushed from January 5 to March 1. I plugged it in first thing and it does not work. Now I'm outside of the return window. It seemed a little beat up from the delivery. Perhaps it was damaged during shipping? Either way it does not work.

    I have an old minifridge in my bonus room and it makes my sodas perfectly icy cold. This fridge at its coldest setting has never even made the sodas half as cold. Very disappointed. I should have returned it but it is such a hassle

    This mini-fridge just kind of is what it is. There is no freezer compartment, which is exactly what I was looking for, but the plate on the back can become inundated with ice and will stop cooling if not routinely defrosted.

    Before I purchased this refrigerator, I read the reviews and saw that a number of other buyers were disappointed due to having discovered dents on the product. I bought this anyway, thinking that Best Buy would have paid attention to their customers' dissatisfaction in this respect and done something to provide more quality control. It appears that they have not. Mine came dented as well.

    I receive my item with dents. As was mentioned by other purchaser of this item had stated. My dents did not prevent the unit from functioning. Disappointed, but did not want to go through hassle of returning the unit for another one. I am sorry I did not go with my gut feeling to not purchase this unit but the price was in my range. But that it does not excuse the sub level quality of the ecstatic look of the product because it had dents.

    Temperature fixed about 40 with inside gauge set from 1-7 I bought this for my medicine which recommend temp from 57 to 85 So I gained nothing. To me is waste of money

    Nice fridge- gets very cold. Biggest issue is that it keeps producing water & ice on top of things in fridge. I have tried to adjust the temp setting but nothing works.
