    Very loud fridge. Loud knocking sounds and gets a lot of ice buildup on the back.

    They will send you a damaged item. That you bought new. Dents and other problems. Bad customer service.

    This is the 2nd Insignia mini fridge I ordered and it died within less than a year. The other one lasted 3 years. Very disappointed with this purchased and I will not be buying another again.

    The fridge, like many others have written, arrived dented in a few places because the packaging is very thin and flimsy. It seems a bit noisy for a small fridge as well but it does keep the beverages inside nice and cold, which was the purpose of the purchase. If this was to be kept in a visible location I would have returned it but didn't want to go through the hassle since it is in an out of the way spot.

    Came with a dent and when I asked for a replacement, the live chat CS agent let me contact the carrier to report the damage case. So much hassle and I don't think that's my responsibility. So dissapointed with the quality and ccstomer service.

    I have needed to replace this product twice within 1.5 yrs. This last time it has caused hundreds of dollars in damage to my flooring as it leaked and seeped water into every crevice. Stay clear of this product at all costs. Don't waste time/money on this!

    This is the second of this fridge that I have had. The first one lasted two months, which I exchanged for the same mini fridge. The second lasted three months. I wouldn't waste your time or money.

    When you use put something in the can holders in the door the fridge doesn’t shut so the door storage is pretty much usless
