I contacted the customer servivce and they said I have tonpay $85.75 (the fridge costed $90) to have Geek Squad com yo my house. Also, I am Best Buy Total ans the fridge still under protection plan. I will cancel my member for sure.

It does not keep things as cold as I would like. You can load up the door and it can get too weighed down and not close on its own. The plastic holders on the door were removed because items in the holders would bump against items on the shelves preventing the door to close.

Completely stopped working one month after 1 year warranty expired, so now is just trash. I hate that it is just going ro the landfill, seems so wasteful.

It started to make a clicking and rattling sound and really struggled to kick on. Four months later it doesn’t do much of anything because it’s dead. I’d steer clear from Insignia products that are on sale.

Check this item for scratches as soon as you get

When I did finally open it, I immediately noticed the scratches on the top and there was not protective plastic on there to cover it. I plugged it in and I hear a noise. So I'm hoping after it cool down that the noise will go away.
