    I just need some additional refrigerator space in my lower level. This was very inexpensive and works fine. But the storage organization is not very good.

    Mini Fridge fails to stay on

    Unfortunately, the mini-fridge does not work. I have been able to get it to come on for a few minutes, but it does not stay on. I have tried it on multiple outlets throughout my house, but the situation has not changed. The period to return the item has passed and I will be reaching out to the manufacturer to fix, but as of right now, I do not recommend this product.

    Product Broke day 1 and customer service was BAD!

    Stopped working on the first day, brought back to my local store and received the worst customer service ever. I had my money returned and then went to Lowes and bought a similar model but not the same brand. over the years I have spent $1000.00s of dollars each year at best buy (Tv's, Stereos, Phones, Speakers, Camera stuff...) and I will not, unless its my last source, do that anymore.

    The mini fridge was amazing at first I’ve only had it for about 2 months and it already sounds like it’s about to break down. There’s this weird clicking noise and it doesn’t cool as much anymore which is unfortunate for the amount of money I spent on this. Also when it came it came with dents just like all the other reviews mentioned.

    This has been opened and in my son's dorm room for exactly one month now and has already stopped cooling and working properly. Hopefully I can work something out with Insignia to get this repaired or replaced. Very unhappy.

    Bought this for our son (living in a shared apartment). This item was easy enough to get unpacked and setup. The primary reason for the low rating was poor cooling. Thought perhaps it was over-sensitive to environmental issues, moving the item to various spots in the room did not result in any favorable change in temperature. The bottom line appears to be a marginal cooling unit.

    Did not work out of the box, or if it did it was for a short period. I used outside on covered, protected deck. I think I bought an extended warranty however it is still under factory warranty so I'll have to wait and see how Best Buy handles this.

    I won’t recommend to buy this refrigerator. It doesn’t last long. After 1.5 year stops working. We use our just to cool drinks on our living room. Very low work. After 1 year and a half use it just stop working. Warranty only covers 1 year. :(

    I realize it's an inexpensive fridge, but you'd THINK it would last longer than 4 months?! Bought in November and it's barely staying cold now - even turned all the way to coldest temp! And of course it's past the return date! Save your money and buy a better brand!
