She said it hardly cooled to begin with and apparently stopped working at some point last year. There's no damage to the unit. I'm heavily unpleased with the performance of this unit and will be pursuing compensation under the manufacturer's warranty.

Clearly a used fridge not a new one, lots of wear on the top where it looks like it was dragged across the floor. Stickers that say remove protective film but there’s no protective film and the stickers don’t peel off easy. Disappointed :(

Good buy then a bust

Since it was out of return I had to call insignia. Insignia made me an apt and Best Buy geek squad took it back and gave me a store credit.

The mini fridge is scratched and makes really weird noises. I missed the return date, if not I would definitely return for a refund.

Cannot keep food or perishables without a taste or odor. Cans only and they still smell terrible when drinking. Very disappointed.
