    Mini fridge is over 105 degrees!

    I purchased this back in September and it keep overheating on outside walls to over 105 degrees while inside is 56 degrees spoiling food. Gonna try and return or exchange for a different brand. My upright freezer with same brand name works great. I'm hoping this is just a defected one.

    I was excited when I bought this Fridge however that did not last long as it died in 4 months. It was not repairable and as it was under warranty I was able to return it and exchange to another brand.

    This product has never worked. I called for it to be returned, but I never received the return label. The product is too heavy for me to take back to the store. It looks like I’m going to be stuck with a product that I paid for but doesn’t work. Best Buy really let me down.

    Purchased Feb 2020 Stopped working March 2021 I think the thermostat went bad because it still works if you move the thermostat up a level. But the next day, the inside is all warm. Who has the patience to keep playing with the thermostat. Can't find a replacement part for this model.

    This fridge is very practical for its size. It runs great, the motor is quiet, and it has just the right amount of space for a mini fridge. I would repurchase this product if I had to.

    Just after a month started making a noise, ( like a click sound ) it looks like the compressor is broken. I wont recomed this product if you are looking for a quality mini freezer.

    It was broken from the start, making noise when it was first plugged in. It started stinking like burning oil and continued for 9 hours like that. I kept it plugged in until morning and it was still stinking and nothing was cold inside at all.

    This thing broke three weeks after I bought it. On me for not doing anything about it, but buyer beware. If you stick enough ice packs in it, it stays cool for a couple of days. But this product is the worst mini fridge I've ever had. Seriously, buyer beware.

    We went to plug this in while moving my son into his dorm and within 10 min. the sides were so hot I could barely touch it. I am so glad that I bought the extended warranty. I am hoping Geek Squad will fix or replace it because I do not feel comfortable having it in my son’s dorm room.

    Fridge was delivered in September 2021. The compressor is dead. Definitely not happy with this poor quality fridge. Do not recommend.

    I would not buy this refrigerator again. It quit working within a year. If it wasn’t for the manufacturer warranty for a year, I would’ve been out money.

    broke within 3months of using. It stop keeping things cold,brought it back to Best Buy but they said we can’t return nor exchange becuase its past the exhchange date.

    My refrigerator suddenly stopped working from last couple of weeks. I tried reaching out to customer service but no response. Its very disheartening to see something like this.

    Upon opening the fridge there was various dents and scratches, which is never good on a black fridge. Also, when the fridge was plugged in, you can hear it working in a very loud way.
