Purchased November 2020 And to top it all off best buy refused to help me get the manufacturer warranty stating it was all up to me. "Good luck" they said.

Cuatomer service fie Inisgnia is great & there is a 1 year warranty and I’m able to return this item.

And i start to smell some chemicals from that. Try to unplug and wait couple hours and re-plugin is still doesn’t work!!! Waste my money

Not worth the money
