I was and still am super excited for it, BUT my husband was let in on the surprise early seeing as BestBuy put a picture of the gift on the OUTSIDE of the box! Hence why I’m giving 3 stars. I would have thought during the holiday season we wouldn’t be picturing the shipped item since most people are buying gifts... will update when I actually get to open the item and see how it works.

She has it in her room so she doesn't have to go downstairs to get a drink if water etc. She says that it is so noisy she can barely sleep. It's also collecting icicles at the back wall inside. We threw the box away, not much i can do i guess.

I HAD SEEN THE REVIEWS BUT WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HASNT UPPED THEIR GAME ON SHIPPING. WILL KEEP BUT PROB WONT REORDER FROM BEST BUY AGAIN UNLESS I CAN SEE IT FIRST.
