We never moved it, bumped it or misused it in any way. Best Buy won't even give us a discount to buy something else. How sad that they make appliances to last just beyond the warranty.

Best buy replaced it and scheduled pick up.....to deliver yet ANOTHER DAMAGED fridge!! Sending it back....not wanting to try it again!

Very Noisy

I have it in my office and clients always seemed startled when they hear the constant noises. Any solutions????

Does the job but the look is bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It gets the job done but when I opened it I initially saw a whole bunch of deep scratches on it so I went to exchange it. This was during a snow storm but I wanted to get that out of the way. I brought it back to work once again and opened the one I exchanged it with. It had even deeper scratches. I decided to just keep it because I could hide it under my desk and hide all the scratches it had on the top and the sides. Not sure what happens with these fridges before they get stored in the boxes but whoever is handling them does a very poor job. I would recommend it if you don' care what it looks like but I have never been this disappointed in best buy.

The 2nd one had a Freon leak. I have been calling best buy multi times and i still don’t have my refund. The price seems great but its NOT WORTH IT. You will be wasting your time and money. If you don’t believe me look at rhe other people who posted the same.

Made noise a few months in. Died in 11 months.

Died in 11 months. It kept things constantly cold when it did run. It was always plugged into a surge protector.

Rivet is broken out of the box

I was just able to set it up at my office this weekend. I went to open it for the first time and the door was askew. Took off the black plate and realized the weld that holds the piece for the door to pivot on was broken. Need to get it up and going so used a screw for the time being, but already broken and brand new???? Disappointing. Makes me wonder how long a new pivot with a good weld would last?

Noisy too loud

It makes loud noises every 10minutes. I would like to return this but I threw away the packaging. It had such great reviews but now that I have mine in my room it’s too loud I’m not getting any sleep.

Short life fridge

On a Friday, it was working and when I returned back to work on Monday it was no longer cooling. The outside of the fridge was cool but the inside wasn't. Kind of disappointed that the life of the mini fridge was so short.
