They work just right. Good job cable guys! I like it.

This cable is too thick to use on most hard drives. In order to use this cable, it needs to be thinner to allow for the power cable to attach as well. I wasnt able to use it on the drive. Had to force it on the connector for the drive.

Went with Best Buy employee recommendation. Employees were very helpful with my purchase. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They talked to me about my needs and recommended products based on my needs. So much better for me than buying online.

The cable in itself works exactly as expected but the design can make it difficult to fit into your machine. Be sure that your setup can utilize the 90 degree pivot or it will bite you.

The SATA worked fine, but it collided with the power cable, the connecting part was too thick. Had to cut a peice off and it still barely managed to fit.

As SATA cables, they work, without a doubt. That said, my specific situation can't work with the right-angle end that these cables have. I imagine this would not be a problem in most cases.

I needed this internal SATA cable because the Western Digital hard disk drive I bought didn't include it. Although the cable is electrically and functionally equivalent, the mechanical form factor is/was not. The drive end of the cable is wider than it should be, and thus it doesn't mate flush with the hard drive connector as it should. Best Buy should stock a cable that's mechanically compatible with the replacement hard drives they sell (don't ya think?).

I should have read the package. This is an old style cable. Does not have the data transfer rates of the newer cables and costs the same. If you are not using a SSD Drive, it should be fine. But if you are using a SSD look elsewhere.

Technically, this is not a right-angle cable, as the polarization is wrong; should be called a left-angle connector. If tour drive is not mounted against the case it should be useable, otherwise it will not.

I bough this cable to use it to install a new hard drive and clone the old drive onto the new. Unfortunately the old drive failed before I could use it so wasn't able to try the cable. Appears well build and sturdy.

Would recommend buying a Sata cable elsewhere. Had to file one of the edges down just to get it to fit on an SSD. Cheap, bad quality and wickedly overpriced.

The 90° angle on one of the ends makes it very hard to use depending on your motherboard layout or the reason you are using it so I may avoid these in the future.

used this to copy os from old laptop drive to new one, had to trim some of the plastic off in order to attach to drive (power and data connection very close) while connecting to desktop for this procedure.

This cable works as intended. I was just upset with the lack of options BestBuy had for SATA cables. However I was in a bind and BestBuy was the only place open at night that had any kind of SATA cable.

Was about to give up on a hard drive (I was having hard drive trouble on another computer so had this cable on hand). Replaced the cable that was on the hard drive with this cable...still using that hard drive.

Could not even connect. The plastic connector was too thick to fit the standard sata drive connector and the right angle faced the wrong direction.

The SATA cable and power cable could not be plugged in at the same time because the end of the SATA cable was too wide. Poor design.

I bought this because best buy is right around the corner and microcenter is too far for 1 cable. I needed another 90 degree cable to connect a new ssd. This cable is the exact opposite "L" alignment than any other cable I am currently using, or have ever used. Also, the head of this connector that goes on the ssd is way too big. I had to shave off layers to get it to fit next to the powersupply sata connection. These are just a big swing and miss. Look elsewhere

The cable works fine, but I had to file away some of the plastic on the plug shown in this graphic as the leftmost one. It wouldn't connect properly otherwise.

This cable gets the job done, although I had to modify the right angle end to make it fit onto my hard drive next to the power cable. The right angle end is made a bit too wide and should be flat on the sides to fit anywhere you want to plug it in next to another cable. Other than that it works good.
