I never received the product

Due to Coronavirus issues I decided to have it delivered at my door. Well, I received a message that it was going to be delivered that friday and I waited and checked and never came. Then next day or hours later I received a message that product had been delivered. I must say that it was probably lost somewhere from the Postal office to my home because of all those messages.
