I am sure these speakers are fine, but they were incompatible with the turntable I bought. The price is probably great though, for what they are.

Unable to use. Salesman sold the wrong type of tuner. Had to find a good one on Internet.

This sounded okay until i paired them with premium audio. They paled in comparison. A few friends thought they sounded good but i could hear the muddy sound difference. Get these if you want to play sound from a computer

Speaker blew after two months. I used them as my garage gym speakers so the music is loud usually. They should last longer than two months even if the price is cheap.

Terrible. Speakers were broken when they arrived. Screw best buy.

Didnt had good sound at all. Compared to another sound speaker on other side , it was very bad.

Bought these as open box excellent shape and the speakers were blown out. They should check them if they have been plugged in at the store as a display.

I recently upgraded my home theater audio system. The previous set-up consisted of an Onkyo TX-SR600 a/v receiver, an Infinity center channel, a pair of Infinity Primus 150 speakers for the front left and right channels, an Infinity center channel, a pair of Infinity satellite speakers for the surround speakers, and an Infinity powered subwoofer. In that set-up, I had mounted the front speakers on the left and right walls, instead of the front wall, and mounted them near the ceiling about four feet FORWARD of the center channel, facing each other. No idea why I didn't place them on the same wall as the center channel, but that's how I designed the room initially, and it sounded good, none-the less. With today's technology, it was time to upgrade my receiver to something that would support HDMI. I've read and watched many raving reviews about the Onkyo TX-RZ50, so I bought one to replace the SR600. Wow, what a difference! I decided, along with the new receiver, I should buy some additional speakers so that I could configure the audio system in a 7.1.2 set-up. I moved the front Infinity speakers so that they are now to the left and right of the center speaker, at ear level, where they should be. On the left and right wall, where the Infinity front speakers were orignally, I installed a pair of Insignia speakers and configured them as "Middle, High" speakears. Then, I put a second pair of Insignia speakers on the left and right side of my sofa, at ear level, facing each other. I mounted them on Insignia speaker stands. I configured these speakers as Left and right surround. Lastly, I configured the Infinity Satellite speakers as left and right rear. The satellite speakers are mounted on the back wall, near the ceiling. I must say, this configuration sounds incredible! Now... regarding the Insignia speakers, they are considerably smaller than they appear in the photographs. For the price, these are pretty decent speakers. They work very well for my "high" and "surround" speakers, and they sound surprisingly good. No, they're not high-end like Klipsch or Polk, but they definitely do the job. Good frequency response. Probably not designed for extremely loud volume, but my media room is smallish, about 12' x 12' so these work very well, and still deliver good, quality sound. The Insignia's have red and black "Push" terminals for the speaker wires. Simply press the button, poke the speaker wire into the hole and release. The speakers have female threads on the top and bottom, making it easy to mount on tripods or stands. They also come with mounting hardware such as swivel brackets and screws. They have "keyhole" style mounting on the rear. (Place over a nail or screw in the wall and slide down 1/2 an inch or so) I bought a pair of Insignia speaker stands to use for my rear speakers. Connecting them to the stands was easy.

dont know how to use it. Instructions are not in english. No wires included. Sitting idle for 6 months. I think not for laptop.

I was delusional to think a $50 speaker would sound good.

They sound good for the open box price delivered free I did not expect amazing speakers. Good quality. Durable looking, time will tell. Have had a couple months and held up well in summer heat. May bring inside for winter just because why expose to elements if not in use

These little speakers are a significant upgrade to the 1960's era speakers that have been with my parent's old stereo system set up. They're lightweight, come with mounting brackets (that I'm not currently using), and they're indoor/outdoor to boot. I've used them with the tuner to listen to the radio, and the CD player. Haven't tried the LP player or cassette deck, but I believe they'll sound just as good with those components as well.

So far these speakers were perfect to replace the two indoor ones we had for surround sound. Came with all the hardware needed to hang them up. Immediately was able to hear the quality difference from my old to these new ones. Solid buy

i have 7 of these speakers with a subwoofer they sound great like and actual concert when music on and they awesome with movie has a realistic sound like im part of the movie very impressed would recommend

Love the Insignia speakers...especially the fact that I can use them indoors or outdoors! For the price, you can't go wrong!

Great speakers!! Had to buy on the quick for a party when my others took a dump. Have great sound and easy set up. The price was a big plus. Getting more then what you paid for.
