I have been having my other one for years. Well I received it and only used it a couple of times before it gave me an error code. I decided one night I would use it to stem Vegetables not even 5 minutes in it gave an error code. Agian today I went to make some rice and again it through the same error code. I will be checking for the warrenty information.

It does not burn the rice and it cooks fast. Overall, it is a good decent rice cooker for the low price.
