Makes the rice well and pretty quickly. I did notice that you have to turn the cooker off before the timer goes off, otherwise it overcooks the rice. Small inconvenience but can't complain with the price I paid.

I’m a clear lid person

The lid makes this hard to tell if anything is properly cooked. Works great & for the price it is a great quality product.
