It gets the job done. This was a nice upgrade from the older one we had. This provides way more function than the other one. I haven't tried all the other things this can do just yet. I wanted a rice cooker, but got so much more. I am waiting to see if it can eliminate some of my other appliances.

I am cooking in batches more these days. Being able to freeze in ready to reheat portions saves time and energy cost versus having to cook individually per meal time. This rice cooker works well at allowing me to save all around.

Did not need one this big but got it on a good sale. Used once so far with quinoa. Cooked it nicely.

I love this rice cooker I had bought another brand and had to return it. I was very disappointed but then I found this one. And trust me I'm no cook but this rice cooker mad me look good. It makes perfect rice every time and I'm extremely happy with it!!! And would highly recommended it!

One of the must have cookware in the kitchen. It has almost all the options rice, stew, yogurt, cake.... we even used to make momos and dumplings. It auto detect the load, water level and cook the rice perfectly. Can be used to make idly( Indian dish).

This rice cooker is terrible from the get go. Not able to return since I went past return window. It is not like the Asian rice cookers. With those I can leave rice in the pot for 2 to 3 days with no issues. This rice cocker on the other hand is terrible. You can’t leave rice in the pot overnight, your cooked rice starts to smell sour. I tried everything but the rice has faint sour smell in the morning. Does not keep warm either, bottom of pot rice becomes rock hard. I tried calling the manufacturer and all they keep chanting to me is that the product is not defective. I purchased because my old rice cooker broke and I needed a temp solution until I found a replacement. This is not it. Plus it takes over 30 minutes to make 2 cups of rice.

Pros, it cooks well and fast Cons, water goes in the middle when you leave it after it cooked

They should correct the cups size it really only a 10 cup...it work fine no problems...only thing is that there isn’t a drip cup so it keeps the moisture which I don’t like and creates too much water condensation on the lid so water drips when I open it...makes rice a little too soft for my taste maybe have to use less water but overall since I got it for a great deal I will take it compare to the prices I usually pay

Is a process of trial and error to get the rice cooked just right. Overall it is a nice product.

Works fine for cooking rice. Minor complaint is the inner rice pot spins when trying to scoop up rice. My old rice cooker has handles on the inner rice pot which prevents the spin. Kind of an annoying you have to hold the pot with one hand, second hand to scoop, and rice bowl would need to be set down. But for the price it’s worth it.
