I am very satisfied with the assistance of the store and also the quality of this product!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing wrong with the product it pretentious, pseudo intellectuals that works at best buy had problems with connecting to my emails on a new phone best buy in Northridge didn't know how to do it went to bb in woodland hills heres where arrogance and stupidity really meet I explained my problem despite the person on the floor was paged several times he never bothered to respond the lady fiddled with the no real interest just handed the phone back and said nothing they could do. I went to Air-tec in the mall 5 minutes later I was back into my email he was very professional and courteous. I tried to pay for his service but he wouldn't charge me because he said "I didn't really do anything " imagine that. If this had been my first encounter with the superior intellectual s that inhabit bb that tried to sound smart but wasn't I wouldn't have this reaction but its not but what irks me the most is the arrogance. Continue and you'll be the next RadioShack I and other people pay your salary. Been a customer for many years but now I'm out.
