It was compact, yes, and I was very excited to purchase this. I needed something to keep my cellphone going when I was away from home (my husband insisted). For some reason my charger in my vehicle seemed to not be able to charge my phone properly and I travel long distances on occasion, therefore I NEEDED this to work. Sadly, it worked, but worked much tooooo slow. I returned it immediately and found one that worked better for my needs.

My part time job is delivered service and it is extremely important that I have backup battery available. Only used it twice and although it shows it is charged, it does not charge my phone. P.S. The charging cable is not the problem. It had expired the window to return. Don’t waste you resources in purchasing this product. Mophie is a much better and reliable product.

I took back to store and they checked and said it was ok. So i tonally forgot about it until I was shopping for a air fryer and thought aboit the problem I had with the charger and said to myself for get about them and went somewhere else

Don't Waste Your Money

After purchase, I charged it fully before use, used it, charged it again and then was able to fully charge my stuff. YAY! I then set it up to charge and now it only blinks a blue light at me and I had it set to charge overnight. If I could return it I would.

Doesnt Work!

I wish I can return it. I paid 50 bucks for something that's not longer chargeable. Keep in mind I tried with several different chargers/outlets to make sure that was not the problem.
