False Advertising, NOT 20,000 mah
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On the front of the packaging, it says with an asterisk the following: "20,000 mAh Built-in Cell Capacity". I wasn't sure what that meant exactly but then I looked on the device itself and sure enough it says the power bank capacity is actually 13,800 mAh. Going to be returning this and cannot recommend it as you are getting less than what you pay for.
