Now I don’t have to look for an outlet or expose myself to public USB ports that could be a port to get hacked. Very convenient 20 Ah portable bank, just remember to charge it often, cells and tablet demand lots of power and even that amount of stored power can run short fast.

If it works half as well as the critics here complain, it will be a frugal gift, and a wise purchase. BTW, I can't buy sugar for my sweetie, she's type 2 diabetic. When you truly love someone, you gift them what they need.

The only thing that bugs me is that sometimes the charger can not detect it needs to pump the energy out of the battery and I have to detach the cable and re-engage it so get the electrons flowing. I may go back and exchange it with a different one.

The issue I've had with previous chargers are the longevity of the product. The past two brands I had the usb ports eventually wear down and don't work unless you hold them at certain angle.
