Not a Quick Charger as Advertised

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This charger will not quick charge my Galaxy S9+ or Galaxy S10 consistantly using the QC 3.0 port but a QC 3.0 wall charger will using the same USB cables. Using those same cables, i can use the QC 3.0 port to a wireless charging pad and do Wireless Quick Charge on those phones. I was able to get it to Quick Charge using a cable to the phone a couple times but it seems to be sporatic when it feels like working. Not really a huge concern since i got this not for the phone to be quick charged, but it still seems like something it wrong with it. I really cannot recommend this to anyone that needs this to work as a Quick Charger all the time. Giving it 2 stars since it does actually charge the phones and the other devices we actually got it for.

defective - only lasted a couple of weeks

Now it says it is fully charged, all four lights light up, but does not even charge my phone once before completely loosing charge. I have had the same charger in 5000 and 10000 sizes for a couple years and they worked perfectly. This charger was to replace the 5000 which recently died (it was very old and well used). No longer have the original packaging so I cannot return/exchange, Best Buy is closed so I cannot take it to the store for warranty repair, and cannot get ahold of customer service via phone/email/chat.

Disappointed.

This battery has ups and downs. Some of my products drain it quickly (but don't have same behavior with a different brand of battery) and others tend to simply quit charging without completing their charge cycle. These latter seem to "wait" for me to press the activation button on the battery's side every so often to keep the juice flowing. I'm still using it (18+ months later) ... but I regret my purchase with every use. Oh, well. Next time I'll stick with the name brands I already name.

After several hours all 4 light illuminated, fully charged. After going down to 2 lights. The device would never fully charge again. Left on charge for 2 days no change. I owned it for 2 weeks. Had to exchange it. Replacement is functioning its been 2 week so far

Terrible product

This insignia portable charger sucks!!
