I was only able to use this once. It charged to full charge and worked great for a day out. The next time put it on the charger and over the next 5 days tried to charge it and the battery never went up. Returned it and bought another unit that works great.

Decently sized for travel, digital display is a nice feature to have!

Love the capacity but it only lasted three weeks before breaking and refusing to take a charge. I've had it plugged in for three days now and it's stuck at 2/4ths full. Frustrated and disappointed.

I thought this portable charger would charge my devices longer, before it needed charged again. It takes a long time to charge, and doesn't stay chargerd up for very long. Love the product, just wish it didn't take so long to charge/re-charge.

I got the product home and it wouldn't charge my Lenovo Yoga laptop. I went into the store and I was told by a manager and a geek squad guru that it can not charge laptops unless they have a special USB a/c cord. So, I had to return the device. :(

The plastic around the micro USB port broke in the second week and would not charge. Had to return to Best Buy. Recommend getting a battery pack where the ports are surrounded by aluminum or metal.

It takes a long time to charge this pack. It did charge up the kids tablets 3 times and our cell phones 1 time on one charge

This portable charger was too heavy but is powerful

Very powerful, effective charger, WHEN NEW. However, after a few weeks of use, the ports began to work intermittently, that is, you plug in and sometimes they work - sometimes they don't. I can get at least one to work, but it's not always the same one. I haven't been off the road long enough to take it back to the store...

Just be prepared to set aside a few hours to charge it up

This portable battery pack is so much better than my last one. A little more than twice as much as my previous battery pack (20,800 to 10,000 mAh). Was able to fully charge my smartphone (which itself has a backup battery), portable speaker and my iPod Classic and still had 33% left on it (came with 75% charge right out of the box). You can charge 3 things at once, where my last one was only 2. Only drawback is that it takes a while to charge it, but if you do it overnight that won't be a problem. Use a 2 amp plug so that it'll charge faster. Things like a standard 1 amp plug or your computer will take much longer. Otherwise this thing is really good. Highly recommended.

I can't review how good it was because I had to return the product. It didn't appear to charge properly. The lights that indicate charge levels never advanced beyond the third light.

So far, so good. Bought this for travel and also to have in case of blackout/emergency etc. I had looked up reviews but was still unsure. Customer service guy suggested this one as it's the one he has. A bit bigger and heavier than the ones I was looking at but LOTS of charge power for the same price. Also seems better constructed. Time will tell, but so far well worth it.

Ok so i ended up going to best buy and wanted to purchase one of the insignia batteries that are 9000 mah i believe which costed about $7-9. However, it said in store that they had 3 in stock. Best buy guys couldnt locate so they were kind enough to offer me to choose a different battery its size and price that they would match whatever they had in store. So, i jokingly said "mmmm how about this one, $39.99" the guys laughed and said "hold on". Surprisingly they came back and said"no problem". So, got the $39.99 20800mah battery for the price of $7. Cant beat that. Also, this pack is a beast. It powers my ipad, and two iphone at the same time. After it is done, it only used up 25% maybe not event that much. Also, it charges my iphones and ipads 2x faster then from the wall outlet. Best buy is the best place to shop. Note, that you will need some time to charge this beast. At least 24 hours is needed if the battery used up all 4 windows. Each window represents about 25% charge. Peace! thanks
