Was sold the improper product for m needs by a salesperson who was improperly trained

Does not work. Returned it twice! Have to find another store!!!

The Insignia USB-C wall charger is a fast charger kit for the iPhone 15 series and it works with all of the 15 phones plus All of the iPads that use a USB C charging connection. It actually comes with written instructions in two languages. It is advertised as having a Ultra compact charger but it still sticks out almost 1 1/2 inches. The cord is a nice braided 6 ft long, 60 W Certified cable. It has a total wattage of 20 W. It is a single USB-C and it would be more functional if there was also the lightning connection since for travel, we are now forced to carry multiple cords. My living room has been overtaken by all the different charging cords for iPads, Apple Watch, Kindle, massagers etc. The world needs better standardization. This company does make a cord with 2 C connections. This is a nice cord to have for the C charging and it does a fairly fast charge. The long cord is nice for when you don’t have an outlet right next to you.

This is my 3rd Insignia charger and they never dissappoint. They have the same, if not better performance than any other chargers. With their performance and the price, they can't be beat. This charger and charging cord is less than most quality charging bricks alone. I have an iPhone 15 Pro and it chargers it as fast as any other charger, including the Apple ones. The cord is thick well made. You can feel the quality. I always test my chargers for speed and heat. I've bought a few that were good but they would get ver hot. After an hour of charging it was not hot or even warm to the touch. I checked every 10 minutes to see what the phone had charged to. It was at 18% when I started. In 10 minutes it went to 39%. 10 minutes later it was at 57%. 10 minutes (30 minutes total) later it was at 71%. So it charged 53% in 30 minutes. At 40 minutes it was at 80%. At 50 minutes it was at 87% and at an hour it was at 93%. The drop off in charging progress is consistent with other chargers that I have. The charge attained is lower as time goes on. For the price, you cannot beat this charger. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I found this to be a great usb-c wall charger. USB-C really has become the charging standard over the last couple years: but even as all of our devices seems to use, less and less of them have a reliable charger included. Most have a usb-a to usb-c cable with low thru-put. This is a great option for anyone looking to charge all of your essentials: the 20W power rating means that phones and other devices charge rapidly (and I confirmed that my android devices all used "rapid charging" when plugged in). Because this is a wall plug that accepts usb-c cables it can be used for a number of devices: my pixel watch also charged rapidly when using this, as did my jabra work headset and pixel buds. This works with newer Apple phones as well or older ones if you have a usb-c to magic cable. Besides reliable charging from a brand that I trust (insignia is Best Buy's in house brand and they would want to protect the Best Buy reputation). I also like the smaller size of power adapter: most 20w range charges are bigger, and the folding prongs means that this travels well; to work or on weekend trips.

This is a very nice charger, that works well but is not *the* fastest charger out there. It is competitive with my OEM plug chargers for my devices, but probably not significantly faster than other 20 W chargers. It is significantly faster than plugging a USC C cord into one of USB outlets that we have installed in our home, and definitely faster than charger in my car or off another device. Charging my 5000 ma battery in my cell phone from 17-100% takes a bit over two hours for a full charge. 60% charge took about 1:30. When I plugged my tablet in to charge through the Insignia, the tablet estimated about 2:30 until full charge; it estimated over three hours when I plugged it into a conventional charger. Now, it did also take longer than estimated to fully charge the tablet, but it still was as fast or faster than any other method I have available to me, and I am willing to bet that the three+ hour charge was also optimistic. Performance is good and reliable. The cord, I will say, is fantastic. This is actually what is special about this charger in some ways—it is a fast charger and the cord is longer than any other I have. It’s also a really nice build quality braided cord and I think it will hold up to abuse. It also has a little cord keeper included, which helps keeps things tidy. The foldable prongs are nice, and the overall cube is quite small and does not take up too much room on the outlet. This is also a big plus. When I plug in devices, they often register “turbo charging” with this plug. I will say it’s a good, fast charge—and if you are just looking to quickly get a minor jolt, this will really help when you just need to top up a bit and only have a short window to do so. But, a 30 W charger would, I think, be a bigger upgrade from an OEM wall unit. If your device did not come with a wall plug, this will be a very good basic purchase, and I doubt you’ll regret it. But, if you want even faster performance, the 30W might be better. That said, I have not tested that unit. This is a perfectly good, compact, fast charger with an excellent cord.

If you're like me, you're always running your phone, iPad, and other devices down to very low batter percentages often. When I get home, my iPhone in particular is often low and I have little time to charge before I'm out the door again for another errand or event. That's when fast-charges come in handy. They charge your phone up quickly! The Insignia 20-watt USB-C wall charger is a great value in a small package. With a power brick that is very tiny and an included six-foot, braided USB-C cable, it's just what I need to place on the counter near my entryway to juice-up as soon as I get home. Like I mentioned, the charging brick itself is very tiny. The power prongs fold in, which makes it super convenient to pack when traveling. This particular one only has one USB-C port, but I believe Insignia also sells other, higher-level chargers with more ports. The selling point is the 20-watt power delivery fast-charging capabilities. This one can charge my iPhone 15 Pro by about 60% in probably 25 minutes. The included six-foot white braided cable is very nice, sturdy, and seems like it will hold up well to the test of time. I generally like braided cables because they not only look nicer, but they seem to last longer. Overall, I highly recommend this charger if you need something that is compact and includes a long, braided USB-C cable. You won't be disappointed.

The cord is not your typical rubber insulated cord that usually becomes worn, after dozens of times charging my device. It is a very sturdy cord that is not constructed with rubber, but instead a strong material intertwined with flexibility. The length of the cord also is a great benefit, because it allows for a device to be charged at a distance from an electrical outlet. The power bank has its AC male plugs foldable to keep it safe from the damage of bending or breaking. The speed of the power bank to charge my devices in comparison to using other power banks is definitely noticeable. I could see the numerical strength of my devices rise higher more quickly than usual. And the red charging light goes off and the green fully charged light comes on sooner with the use of the Insignia™ - 20W USB-C Compact Wall Charger Kit for Smartphones, Tablets & More – White.

This is the perfect addition if you are looking for a new fast charger. It's marketed at the newest iphone 15 series but really any phone out there that is using a USB-C port can make great use of this product. The cord is actually really well made for durability and the fabric wrapped around the cord you can tell will make sure it does not break and wear down over time. The other great thing about the cord it self is how long of one they have provided. It's an astounding 6ft long which is very atypical of a phone charging cord. You may not need one that long but if you do this extra length has you covered. The block is pretty standard but it's rated for up to 20w charging rate so don't reuse a different wall block with it. The cable itself is rated for up to 60w so you could reuse it with another higher rated brick somewhere down the line if need be. Packaging is frustration free and was easy to open and get to all that was contained within. This charges my iphone as quick as any apple charge and for a lot less money, highly recommend if you need a new usb-c phone charger.

Insignia - 20W USB-C Compact Wall Charger Kit This charger and cable kit are a very good value. The charger is small and easy to carry with you on vacation. It measures 33.5 x 32.5 x 32 mm. The supplied cable is a good heavy-duty USB-C to USB-C 6 feet in length. The cable has a wire wrap attached to it for easy storage. The input can be 100VAC to 240VAC 50/60 Hz. This allows it to be used in other countries as long as you have the appropriate adapter. The output is 5VDC at 3A and 9VDC at 2.2A. It supports slow and fast charging on the tested Galaxy S24 Ultra, Samsung S8 tablet, and iPhone 15 Pro. It is listed for all of the new Apple equipment that uses a USB-C charging port. The adapter has the folding style of plug prongs. A little hard to fold out but nothing that couldn't be done with a little finger nail or edge of a table. If your hands give you trouble just use the edge of a table to get them folded out. The only thing that would make this any better wound be to come with a tote bag, but at this price you can supply your own. I would recommend this good value charger to anyone.

The Insignia 20W USB-c compact wall charger has been a great addition to my ever growing collection of chargers. So far I have used it for about a week and it does exactly as it is advertised. I took it with me on Vacation to charge my Pixel 7 phone and it worked perfectly. It was very quick in charging it and I didn't have any notifications about charging slow or too hot. I was also able to plug the USB-c into my everyday car (Jeep Waggoner) to charge while I was driving and it worked perfectly. I love that the prong part of the box can fold in and out for easy packing, and it is small enough to not take up too much real estate on the wall or extension cord. There isn't much more I can say about this plug beside I recommend it if you are looking for a new long cord charge to use in everyday life or when you travel! I like the braided cord, it looks nice and the white color makes it stand out against dark furniture. again, get the Insignia 20W USB-c wall charger if you need a new charger in your life!

This is a great and affordable replacement for a wall charger for anyone in the Android world (or who uses a device with USB-C). The charger is only 20W, but frankly, that should be more than sufficient for most of us (and should be safer as well). If you absolutely need something faster you can look for higher wattage, but you won't necessarily see a performance improvement. The charger or "wall wart" is solid and compact and great for travel. The included USB-C to USB-C cable is well-designed, and a definite plus for anyone who gets sick of having to tote around USB-C to USB-A adapters in case you want to connect your phone to your computer. This is strongly recommended as a back up or for travel, especially if you want to leave your original charger from home. One thing though - on the packaging, this is labeled for "iPhone 15 series." It should say, "only for Apple phones and devices with a USB-C charging port." It's actually odd to include this so prominently on the front, since this ignores the fact that this charger works with virtually every recent Android phone, every recent Android tablet, and even stuff like a Nintendo Switch. And of course, very few Apple products (for now) actually use USB-C. Some customers may see "iPhone" and think this is primarily compatible with Apple products (it's not), and may miss the vital phone series identification. Apple users - check your charging port before buying. Everyone else - this an excellent additional charger.
