Had my phone running hot……..don’t work on apple iphones

This Insignia USB-C compact wall charger is advertised as being a “fast” charger. In my experience, this proved to be true. I bought a new cell phone within the last month, and it came with what is described as a fast charger that looks much like this Insignia charger, a small, white cube that plugs into a wall socket and that has a USB-C port on it. When plugged into a charger, the phone, which also has a USB-C port, displays how much time until fully charged. To charge the phone obviously requires a USB-C to USB-C cable, which is not included with the Insignia charger but which can be purchased most anywhere. To see just how fast the Insignia charger can charge my phone, I let the phone decrease in battery power to 60%. I then connected a “standard” phone charger I already had (I have lots of phone chargers), and the phone indicated 1 hour, 40 minutes until full charge. I then connected the “fast” charger that came with the phone to the phone, and the phone then indicated 1 hour, 4 minutes to full charge. Obviously, the fast charger charges the phone in 60% of the time required by the standard charger, a tremendous improvement. I then connected the Insignia charger to the phone, and the phone indicated an identical amount of time, 1 hour, 4 minutes, to full charge. I left the phone connected, and, yes, it was fully charged in an hour. I would say that the Insignia charger lives up to its billing.

I'm at problems in the past finding USB blocks. Regardless, if it's USB-B or USB-C that will function correctly. Insignia always tends to be a reliable and go to brand. I've learned in the past that it's a Best Buy brand and I love their quality. If this is your idea of off-brand, sign me up for a lot more of it. Obviously right out of the box. Really simple. It just tells you don't do this and don't do that. Instructions are pretty thin and everything else is simplistic and easy. The biggest tail of the tape here is that it does charge very fast. I'm not an iPhone person but my significant other is. She goes on and on about how fast she's able to charge phones. Looks like I'm have to go buy another one, She has three phones, all iPhones, one for business, one for work and one for her side business and one of these is enough to keep up with the charge on all three phones. But if I would have got a second she would be charged up and ready to go in next to no time. It's very beneficial when she's only home for an hour in between her business and has to go back out again. But a full charge and what felt like 30 minutes maybe less. Highly recommend this product.

This is what I want for my newly bought iPhone 13. Nothing else bit the price and performance. I’m truly satisfied.

All things in the electronics world must change, and nothing changes more than connectivity between devices. My purchase of a new phone required I get a new charging brick. I bought this one, and found it was a handy little gadget, with collapsible contacts that facilitated storage and travel.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy phone but they don't include a charger anymore which is stupid, they only include a USB-C cable. This charger is inexpensive and charges fast.

It works. It's a charging block and it works. yeah.

I’m not really sure what to say about a charger, but it is nice that the prongs fold so they don’t get wrapped up with other things in your bag. Since most companies are not sending blocks anymore it is nice to have options since some brands get a bit extreme with their pricing. I have no complaints. It is a nice neutral color in case you like to leave it plugged in and switch out what is plugged into it. It is also nice that this brand has options with multiple plugs in one block. I feel like every time I turn around there is another device that needs to be plugged in to a block. I like to have a back up block that I leave in my bag for traveling. Inevitably someone forgets to bring their charger and having a back up keeps the drama down. Plus when company comes over it is always good to have a spare tooth brush and a spare charger. We all know how addicted we are to our devices, you don’t want someone making the dangerous choice to drive home because they are worried their device will die.

I just bought this product and it's changing my phone well. It's too early to reach a conclusion. However, technology is changing too fast and it is very costly for the consumer to change from one variation of technology to another.
