After about a month the lighting charger broke off the end of the wire. The Best Buy staff was not at all helpful - "it's past 14 days so too bad!!"

0 stars I had this charger for less than a month and it broke off INTO the charging port. Charger was taken care of and was flimsy & cheap.

Connector detached from cord. Only lasted a month and was 5 days past the return date! Don't waste your money.

This Insignia 20W USB-C Compact Wall Charger and included cord perform just as well as the charger and cord that came with my iPhone. The 6 foot cord is a bonus for reaching further from the wall. The cord is also much thinker and feels far more premium than the one included in the phone box. I especially like the way the lightning end is designed. It doesn't not look like it will wither away over time like the OEM cable. It charger just as fast as the one that came with phone, and that is very fast if you have a low battery level. I kept track the first 3 times that I used it, charging from 20%, 15% and 25%. All 3 times it charged 11% in 5 minutes (For example, 15% went to 26%), 9% in the next 5 and 10% in the next 5. So a 30% increase in 15 minutes. After that, charging from the higher percentages slowed a little, but were still fast. In a half hour, it charged from 15% to 68%, 20% to 70%, and 25% to 72%. It slows considerably after that, but I believe all chargers do that by design for heat and battery saving purposes and is the same with my OEM cord and charger. At an hour the 3 were at 90%, 91% and 92%. I've always ready that charging your phone over night is not good long term for the battery and with this charger, I've stopped doing that. Having a fast charger at home and keeping this one at work, I just plug in when it gets low and you can see that within 15-30 minutes I have plenty of charge for hours. There is absolutely no reason to spend more on a charger to get the same results, and don't waste your money on cheap chargers or cords that might go out after a few years or damage your phone. This one is built to last and work perfectly. Highly recommended and I would definitely purchase it the next time that I need one.

When my teenager's charger gets broken or lost, he comes for mine. That was the case when I ordered this, except he had taken mine WITH him out of the house and I needed a charge fast. Best Buy has an ultra fast same-day delivery that literally saved the day. It worked great, my phone charged, and I instantly set the boundaries around it (do not touch, ever) that I should have done with the one I had before. Thanks, Best Buy.

Opening the package to the charger was easy. It's funny how that's important but I honestly am getting tired of so many products packaged like fort knoxx with so many unnecessary things. When I first took out the power brick and cable, I noticed 2 things. First is how solid and premium it felt. Both the power brick and the cable felt really well made, not flimsy like some of the chargers you get on amazon. Second is that the cable itself was a usb-c to lightening, not the usual usb. Moving to a new and better technology. Plugging it in to my iphone and ipad, the connectors felt very solid and had little wiggle. One of the biggest complaint I have is that the other non oem plugs either was always loose at first or would get loose after a few use. Not this one. Been solid every time I plug it in. Another win is, so far, when i use the cable to plug in to my car for apple airplay. Again, many cables have failed and disconnected from the car. This plug has been very consistent. I have left this charger in my car because i love that the power brick is practically the same size as my other phone power brick. I have a 110 outlet in my car so great for me to leave this in the car then be able to take out and into any house or office to continue use. Incredible phone/tablet charger for an incredible price. Highly recommend it.

Got this Insignia 20W charger for my iPhone 13 and I’m really happy with it. It charges my phone crazy fast, like half full in about 25–30 minutes. The size is perfect for travel, and it doesn’t get hot while charging. I like that it comes with the cable too, since a lot of chargers don’t. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Great buy for the price!

I am so glad I purchased this charger, besides the long cord and detachable base it charges both the tablet and phone extremely fast. No kinks in the cord and easy to fold up to put away.
