Returned again, got the best buy branded charger instead which is larger but feels solid.

Terrible! Too small and gets stuck in Jack!

Takes a long time to charge up my iphone, and the product is too small and gets stuck in the cigarette lighter jack! Had to use a lot of force to take it out! Almost had to use a flathead screw driver to take out!

Slow charging

I thought the USB C 20w was suppose to charge my IPhone 12 fast. This was the slowest charger I ever owned. Thought first one might have been a dud, but both of them charge super slow

There is a large lip that prevents the charger from being fully inserted into the socket, so the tip does not make contact. Returning.
