It was first delivered and the item was damaged (identified by the delivery crews) and it was returned. I placed a call and get the brand new delivered a week later. It is perfect.

We have several of these at our business. I am writing this review for anyone that is selecting this product and hoping to reverse the door swing. We assumed it would be easy to do as it is advertised that you can do it. After receiving the product we looked in the users manual. It states you need a hinge kit to reverse the doors. Best Buy does not sell a hinge kit. From their third-party parts department the hinge you need is no longer available so you have to purchase a compatible hinge (which we ordered and is on it's way). Do not know if it will work or not yet as we have not received it yet. Just buyer beware if you are wanting to reverse the hinge.

The first one made weird noises so it was exchanged for another refrigerator of the same model. The second one also made the same noises but didn’t seem to affect the function so I decided to live with it. But now I’m noticing the freezer isn’t sealing properly around the door and I frequently find water around the seal. If I had it to do over, I would have paid a little more for a better model.

Good basic refrigerator

The refrigerator we purchased is back ordered for several months. Manager was kind enough to offer this loaner to us. It is a very basic refrigerator but seems very well made.
