delivery scratched our brand new floor!!!

When BestBuy delivered it, the guys scratched our brand new hardwood floor in our brand new house. BestBuy and Geek Squad just ignored to respond. Very bad customer service. In terms of the fridge, it's very noisy. The defrost cycle is really noisy. But for the price and size, we can't complaint.

The glass shelves were a nice touch on what was a relatively inexpensive product. Now we'll have to see how long it lasts.

It is completely dark, especially at night. I bumped my head against the freezer.
