I can’t stress how awful of a purchase this was. We had this refrigerator for 2 months and had 4 separate issues with it. One issue was that the freezer door wouldn’t stay shut, which resulted in things thawing and ice building up every day. Two people tried to fix the issues and were unable to. Geek Squad customer service was terrible and wanted us to wait months for repair parts to come in before replacing it. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a different refrigerator.

I dont know how,but the shelving space is off in the fridge. I still like it

Great fridge and stylish but it doesnt have a deli drawer and that is disappointing. Very spacious freezer!

Good quality and finish. Only 4 stars because shelf spacing is a little weird and my Brita pitcher won't fit.

Put this fridge in a rental property. No issues so far.

This is a great basic refrigerator freezer, no ice maker, no thru-the-door, etc. Big capacity freezer. Just what we wanted.

Have only had it for a week. I really love the slique, smooth appearance of the stainless steel. It matches perfectly with my decor. It's spacious and runs quietly. Price was good for a 21". I would recommend it.

A great 2nd refrigerator that we keep in the garage.

Buy a different fridge that the ice maker isn’t garbage!

Spacious and energy efficient fridge that came with significant rebates from LADWP for it’s efficiency and another for recycling old fridge, both explained well by Best Buy. Extremely satisfied!

This fridge is great for the price. LED lighting works well. Install team was great to work with as well.

I thought when I was purchasing a cheaper refrigerator it would just not have many frills but the manufacturing on this is abysmal. We've had the fridge for less than a month, the seals on the doors are off and do not seal, the freezer door falls off track and does not close properly. The side of the fridge gets VERY hot and every few days water leaks from the bottom of the fridge. Just horrible and it cannot be returned

Hello, I got this unit as a gift for my mother back in Aug. 21, 2020 (DELIVERED Aug. 25, 2020) and within a few months unit started having cooling problems. Note called Best Buy, they send out a tech, he says and he was honest that he did not even know where to start for the repair being that it's a sealed unit. So second tech comes back a week or so and replaces circuit board and that does nothing, then he went to replacing the drier and charge unit. That lasted like 3 to 4 months. Same tech comes out and looks at it again only to do the same thing again, replace drier and charge unit. Now here we are some time late August 2021 and unit is out of warranty and now we're stuck with a unit that has had the same issue which I'm still paying on that is pretty much a throw away. Best Buy just keeps giving me phone number to call and all they did was run me around to different people cause they are just passing it on to another person. Guys this unit was in price range of other popular brands, I figured it'd be worth buying....IT'S NOT! Right out of Best Buys Geek Squad himself.......Their own techs can't even service these units, they will only end up calling an outside 3rd party tech to fix it. Best Buy can't fix sealed units...period!

Good fridge but it is a bit noisy at times other than that it’s great

This fridge we thought would be big enough and well organized for put big family but it is not. We have to constantly keep bending down to look for items while also there are not many options of where to put the shelves. It stores food well, but would only recommend to a smaller family. The set up could be improved.

Having trouble getting it level, but it runs as advertised.

We bought this refrigerator and had to return right away because it was leaking water. After all the hassle and poor costumer service by Bestbuy we got the second one. This one still sucks. The door is already squeaking and you have to make sure you really push the door otherwise it might be slightly open. We have had this refrigerator for about one month and we have found the doors open at least a dozen times. Very poor quality build. Pay more it is not worth the savings.
