great Very easy functional refrigerator,only issue no li

I'm really enjoying my new refrigerator so far so good!! Bought as an extra

Big mess ! Not sure I would purchase any big items again. The freezer door was broken and can not be replaced until May. This is for my elderly parents and we will again have to have someone at the house to get the refrigerator into the kitchen because of size it is not easy to get into the kitchen but it can be done - we did it for the 1st delivery but now we have to get it out and then put the new one in . Best Buy will put in my parents living room not the kitchen because it is extra work. We are given a 4 hour window that we have to wait and have it ready to go. Broken item they should have to do the extra work I think. Delivery guys seem to hate the job !

This fridge works great with no issues. Works great as a backup fridge to store food for party’s

only complaint i have is the doors dent easy also the door seems to have a squeak

Feel like I was cheated and felt like I am not getting what I paid for. Freezer shelf come with wire shelf material instead of glass material as describe in the website. I have open a case ( ref no: 252725203) and there is no response till today.

It works great and is nice and quiet. It keeps everything nice and cold.

The styling was great and did not overpower the decor of the office kitchen

Only had for 2 months and the freezer door keeps popping open. We’ll come home from being at work all day and the freezer door will be open and all of our food defrosted.

This refrigerator has been great so far. When delivered it was a bit damaged but customer service took care of the problem on the spot thanks to the delivery crew. Overall great experience!

After the first unit delivered didn't work, BB brought a new one and took back the one that didn't work. No hassle to do so which was nice. The new one works well so far.

Plenty of space and it is not very heavy which is nice.

Bought the refrigerator as an open box that was still wrapped in its protective coating. Seems to be working very well, we keep it in the garage.

Bought 1st one 3 months ago. It had a defective hinge so door did not close right. Best Buy could have just replaced the hinge but instead they brought a whole new fridge. That was 2 months ago. The replacement had a loud rattle and vibration about 50% of the time it ran. They brought a 3rd one last month. It had a big gash in the front door. Tired of replacements, we convinced delivery guy to swap doors on the loud one. Didn't matter. The new one had the same loud rattle - just not quite as often. Tired of the hassle so we're just going to live with it. If you want to save money, be prepared for very poor quality control.

Great refrigerator freezer and refrigerator always keep items cold. Be careful to uninstall all form from the unit before turning on the refrigerator.Delivery was hassle free

We replaced the old fridge in our rental property with this beaut! The tenant is happy and that’s what counts. If it was a bad product I definitely would have heard about it by now!
