It’s brand new and there should be no issue considering the first one I received was damaged. And considering I was charged a delivery fee and it took getting transferred on the phone at least six times to resolve it and being on hold all morning. I’m not the least bit impressed with this purchase and to top it off I was charged and billed for several months for a product I didn’t even have and was promised on several different dates.

The fridge and freezer doors do NOT close unless you close, apply pressure for a few seconds, and then let go. The fridge shelves are all such odd heights that I had to buy new pitchers and only ONE style even sort of fits in the door. The door shelve are so narrow even then that we've cracked the bottom one angling things to get in and out. The drawer tracks are weak and one is already broken, so the drawer hangs lopsided. The freezer "shelf" is a wire rack that pops out constantly. The shelves in the freezer door are difficult if not impossible to remove to clean. After less than 2 years, this is the 4th time we've gotten up in the morning to find the door slightly cracked and all the food room temperature. This was such a waste to purchase and has cost us so much in spoiled food.

In any case you have issues with this unit, I suggest to take advantage of the R/E policy to make sure that you will have a perfect refrigerator and not a defective one. I highly suggest to cal Best Buy.

It cools perfectly but the fridge door starting squeaking this month and gets worse with every day use. I believe I am still covered by the manufacturers warranty but I'm sure that will be a hassle. Definitely will not be buying this brand again!
