Nice looking fridge with ample space for food storage for a decent price. The reason I give it 4 stars is because the fridge at times can be noisy and or loud. My older fridge was noticeably quieter.

Did not work when delivered. Geek Squad ordered parts, then installed it. Still didn't work. Ordered another set of parts, and they were delivered. When the Geek Squad came out to install the latest parts, the darn fridge worked fine. This has been almost a week, and it is still working perfectly. Was not pleased with being delivered a defective refrigerator. If the second round of parts installed did not work, we would have had to wait until late August or September for a replacement fridge. Although this was a real bummer of an experience, the fridge is great for what we need. Much more storage space than our previous auxiliary fridge.

The refrigerator works well. The shelfs could be organized better. The lower shelf and door: The deep door bin and hit items on the lower shelf preventing the door from closing. The airflow shelves in the freezers takes a lot of space.

I purchased this essentially for use in the garage for extra beverages:especially wine and beer. I find plenty of space in their design. It seems like a well built refrigerator-my first time using this brand. I have several clear refrigerator shelves that hold 2 bottles of wine. I have placed them on a narrow shelf. Freezer is good size too-I added refrigerator baskets.

Nice look big from In and out side u can decent put decent amount stuff in this refrigerator. But weird noises come out in the nite.

I bought this refrigerator because my old one died. I chose this particular model because of it's large capacity and reasonable price. I own multiple Insignia branded appliances and have never been disappointed. This refrigerator keeps my food cold and the freezer keeps things frozen. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable and stylish top-freezer refrigerator.

Good sized refrigerator/freezer at a good sale price. However, the refrigerator makes a little more noise when in operation than I expected, I use it as a secondary cold storage unit.

1/ INSIGNIA is BestBuy's own brand - true maker not identified 2/ Noisier than Sears Kenmore we had for 17 years from builder 3/ Shelf realignment/versatility limited - especially middle shelf 4/ Only a 3 year service contract offered by BestBuy - not 1 free + 5 like we got from HomeDepot on Whirlpool microwave we also had to replace after a GE microwave we had that "shorted out" after 4 years, after replacing a Sears Kenmore builder included in 2002. 5/ Could not afford to pony out up to $1750 + tax for Abt alternative

It is very spacious and looks great! You won’t regret buying one! Very affordable and the best bang for your buck!

This was not my first choice in fridges, but after the other 2 name brands bombed out upon delivery, I decided to give Insignia a try. So far it is running decently and keeping the food items nicely chilled in the fridge section and frozen in the freezer section. HOWEVER, I am not happy that the shelves on the door are not adjustable. Meaning, I would like to adjust them for the various items we keep on the door but the shelves do NOT have the option of going higher or lower. Where they are at is what you get. This is the same with the shelves in the fridge. Unless I remove a shelf out completely there is no reorganizing (adjusting) them to accommodate my produce items. The freezer does allow for the shelf to adjust slightly, but not if you have the ice maker. Then you are obligated to keep the shelf where it is or the ice maker gets hung up.

It's a good size, and is working well. It does make strange sounds sometimes though, which are pretty loud. But other than that, it's great.

Had a small scratch on it when it arrived and it makes a little noise, but it was a good deal for the money. Delivery was on time and professional.

Cooling works great. Door is able to handle a lot of items and a good amount of weight. I don't care for the shelf spacing options. It limits the way you can place items though the door storage helps. Not a huge problem but will definitely require some planning and experimentation. Big issue was that we received 2 that were damaged before we got a good one. Apparently there is a warehouse here in Texas that uses clamps rather than dollies and I was told by more than person that this was the source of the problem. If this item was not a Best Buy only and such a good deal I'm not sure I would have purchased here if I had known about that. That being said they did have Sunday delivery which made a big difference.

So far, so good with this cute fridge. We were eager to get rid of a huge bottom freezer, double door fridge that was constantly leaking. This fridge fits our space perfectly and does what it is supposed to do. No complaints! Pick up was a little bit of a hassle due to the Covid protocols and a shortage of employees. But under the circumstances, not bad.

I am satisfied with this purchase. I like the design and there is good space inside. I like to color as well. I have ordered Insignia products before and their quality is good.

We needed a fridge asap and found this one online at best buy. Perfect size for out kitchen and very stylish. Delivery was on time and the techs were friendly and very helpful. Alot bigger on the inside than we expected. Makes some noise but after reading other reviews realized this is normal and we are okay with it.

Moved into a new house and bought this for a garage fridge. Big Fridge I bought was delayed by a month and a half so we used this as our primary fridge through the delay. Would have been in a very difficult spot without it. Very spacious, attractive, everything you would ever want in a garage fridge. Would absolutely buy again.

Works great! Only issue I have is that is noisy when it is cooling. Other than that, very spacious and affordable..

There isn’t a way to set the temperature for the freezer. Otherwise I would have given it four stars. This came in handy when my previous fridge stopped working and I was rushing to get something and not lots of funds. Overall it’s a good deal for price, just shocking about no controls for freezer.
