Trying to get service and nothing but a run around! Transferred multiple times. Was told it was under warranty and then a scheduled date to fix. Today canceled without warning! No phone call, nothing. Keep getting put on hold or transferred. I’m not someone who writes these kind of things, but I’m at my wits end with a refrigerator that doesn’t work!

So both my bottom drawers are broke. The one drawer hardly opens and and it states that if it impedes your functionality of your appliance then it's covered under the protection plan and they're not honoring that. It's clearly in black and white. My first fridge I bought and it's a piece of junk. Don't waste your money.
