Great refrigerator, the door has to be given a check push as it doesn't always want to close. Otherwise very roomy and cool.

It's been a month and bought as secondary storage in the garage. So far works great and just as I expected. Cooling is strong enough for my use. I set cooling level at 3 and it keeps cool my drinks, fruits, and eggs and freeze good for my pizza and meats. I began with level 4 setting and it froze up my eggs so I set it down to 3 and works just fine.

So I was in a hurry to buy a new refrigerator for the apartment I was moving into and found this on sale. I read the reviews and while they aren't all glowing I still purchased due to the price. I do not like this fridge. It ended up being too big for the space we measured at 34" wide with the fridge being 32" I thought there would be more room but there wasn't.
I read reviews about the noises that that fridge makes and I just took a chance and prayed that I get one of the good ones. I don't think there are many good ones. This one makes a weird grinding noise 95% of the time. I live in a tiny apartment where my dining room has to be my office space which is near the kitchen and I hear this thing grinding while I'm trying to think and it bothers me! I'm 90% deaf in one ear so if I can hear this grinding noise its probably much louder than I think it is. I don't like it and should have called to have them come pick it up right a way and buy the Samsung version. I've had Samsung french door fridges in the last 3 houses I've lived in and I love them but couldn't afford to buy that this time so I guess you get what you pay for.
There was someone who mentioned in a comment about having to bend down to see what's in the fridge and you absolutely have to bend down unless you are a toddler. I'm 5'3" and still have to bend down to see what is in the fridge. My husband is 5'11" and its much worse for him. I literally have 4 things in the freezer so I don't even need the freezer as much as I need to see what's in the lower part.
Next is the way everything is stored inside. It has over sized bins on the door which is great but everything ends up there because that's the easiest place to put it. The inside shelves don't fit anything useful really. Then I bought chicken and the chicken juice leaked onto the bottom glass shelf and its not 100% sealed so it got into the cracks between the two bins on the bottom shelf. the glass doesn't pop out unless you take out the whole shelf. I can't open the door wide enough to get the whole bottom system out. I'd have to pull the whole fridge into the middle of the kitchen and then try to open the door wide enough to get that bottom shelf out. So frustrating.
If you must buy something in a pinch and don't have $1200 for a french door bottom freezer type fridge then this is not a bad option as it does keep the food cold and it does freeze my ice. It just makes weird noises and I've not had a fridge in the last 10 years that makes noises like this one does. BestBuy Delivery guy installed the ice maker I bought with it when they delivered but they were not able to hook it to my water line due to it needing some kind of converter which I didn't have. I can't comment on if the ice maker works or not. My fridge already has 1 ding in the door so the stainless steel is very thin. I've had the fridge for 3 going on 4 weeks. I'm sure I'm pasted the point of no return just too busy to deal with the return process. Once we move it will get sold probably on Facebook Marketplace and I'll get something better.

Our fridge died. Pandemic and all, who knew appliances were going to be so hard to get. I hit up all the usual suspects and inventory was extremely limited and delivery dates were months out. Honestly, I did not think of Best Buy when it came to appliances, but here we are. I was not familiar with the Insignia brand but found the size and specs I was looking for and they could deliver in a couple of days. - So, love the fridge. It looks even better in real life. For the Doctor Who fans, it is like the Tardis - larger on the inside than seems possible. I love that it has no handles, this is where the extra depth/size come from in the same footprint. Plenty quiet and the temperature seems very stable. I'm sold!

I needed a new refrigerator ASAP, but didn’t have the money to buy one outright. So I signed up for progressive leasing and went to Best Buy as they accepted it. Unfortunately they don’t have many (maybe 3-4) refrigerators on display, so I had to order it sight unseen. It is a very nice refrigerator, but there are some things that had I seen, I would have chosen something else. Just wish they had more then the very high end, expensive ones to look at in store.

Purchased this as a second refrigerator to store overflow items that would not fit in the main fridge. I absolutely love the extra space and the flexibility of the adjusting shelves. It was priced right as an open box item and I would suggest it to anyone looking for a second refrigerator.

I was looking for a cheap small refrigerator to act as my 2nd one, since I already had a big and nice French refrigerator, I don't need a fancy one. This is big enough for me as a 2nd one for my family and the price is reasonable. It has been working perfectly in my garage. I love it!

Overall this was a really good choice. While I have only had this fridge for a month, the only things that concern me are that I hear random dripping as if water is running someplace but I don't have an ice maker. The other thing is that the door hinges were changed to open from the right so now the freezer doesn't seal without an extra push.

Instead of leasing a fridge from the apartment company, I decided to own one instead. Didn’t need anything fancy or something with bells and whistles. This fridge has a great finish / design and keeps everything very cold and fresh. Bang for the buck!

Nice looking frig and plenty of freezer space, but it's still making a lot of noise after the initial break-in period, the interior light is too dim and casts a blue tone, and so far, is impossible to replace, and the middle door shelf only fits a gallon if you turn it sideways to fit under the top door shelf.

Alas, what you see in the store as a nice unit turns into a poorly designed cold box in the kitchen. Hampered by spacial limitations, this is one of the larger units that fits the mold, so one star for that. Another star is it cools fast, for now, so subject to change, while the final star is for a nice finish there's minimal smudging.
Now for the issues I have. First the shelving in both the freezer and fridge are poorly designed. If you rely on a filtered water reservoir, like the 18 cup variety, forget it. They don't fit with the top shelf in it's natural position. To get it to fit, every shelf needs to slide down, but then the bottom doesnt allow for even a bottled water.
The other part is noise. If you have a loud family and big house, this is not an issue. But a small house or quiet requirements will make this a deal breaker.

I bought this refrigerator for my garage and is the perfect size to add additional items for the refrigerator and freezer. The top freezer door is ok in a garage because we don't open it that often. also getting colder items below is not as well. I personally don't like the top freezer door for in the kitchen.
it is worth the money for my usage.

I was having high hopes when purchasing this item but unfortunately withing 3 days of having the fridge , it started making a squeaking sound from the door so i had it replaced with a new one. The new one that I have now makes strange sounds from the freezer. I woke up one night to a scary sound so after i checked my house to know from where are these sounds coming from, I realized its my fridge so i opened it and started looking to see whats happening I have it all on video). Im actually going to call customer service and see what can they do. The fridge is new its not even a month old!
I feel bad as for the fridge is big from the inside and i actually like the size.
