Simple, clean look. Great space. Quiet and functional. The only knock I have is there isn't much customizability for shelves and drawers.

Best refrigerator ever! Plenty of room in the doors and inside. But if being delivered make sure they open it so you can check it. My first one had dents so always check it once its delivered

I bought this fridge in a pinch. it was a good deal and the free delivery is great. They only charged me $15 to properly dispose of and haul out my old fridge as well. Would recommend. Stainless Steel fridge that looks great, and is very cold.

Our household has needed a new refrigerator like forever! Finally we have one that is roomy, well lit and is a perfect fit for busy household of 3 adults and 2 teenagers. We love it and, yep, this was definitely a GOOD BUY!

Good fridge. Looks nice and we have had no problems. Sometimes things on the top shelf of the fridge freeze though. Independent temp control for the fridge and freezer parts would be nice

Had it for about 2 months. So far so good, no problems. Freezer is extra big and does take up some of the room for the refrigerator so this is a good option for people who have lots of frozen products.

Good value compared with some other name brand, stainless steel looks really nice. The delivery didn't go as smoothly as I have hoped.

Having bought used refrigerators all my life, I decided to splurge on a new one this time. I chose this one for it's features and for price. Before I'd had it 5 months, I had to have a repairman come because it wasn't getting cold. They fixed it but I was very disenchanted because this was a new fridge. The door to it doesn't shut properly, we have to give it an extra little push to make sure it's good and shut. It runs fine beyond that and the freezer is good and cold. I would not tell people not to buy it, I'd just say buy it with caution.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this one. So far no working issues, the only thing is I wish it had handles to open the fridge/freezer. When I close the fridge door is opens/closes the freezer door at the same time. pretty weird, but nothing I can't get over. The main thing the fridge should be good, and it is, that's why I gave it 5 stars. I did recommend this fridge to my sister as well, so I would definitely recommend it other people.

I was very excited to purchase this Insignia 21cu. ft. refrigerator! the deal was awesome, and the sales associates where helpful (when it came to returns), product is sleek, no handles, and super spacious! The produce drawers were super large, I loved that. However, I had WAY too many issues trying to get an acceptable fridge to my home. I had 4 shipped to me... ALL containing some kind of problem (massive dents, scratches, poor handling while installing, defective units). Insignia wanted to ship a 5th one as an exchange but I was DONE dealing with the whole experience. I did give it 2 stars for this reason. Had it worked I would have given 4 (not 5 because of only 1yr warranty). The fridge worked great while it was plugged in for 2 days in my house, however, the delivery (by geeksquad?) ruined the purchase for me. The guys were great (minus 1 group) but every fridge I received was damaged in transit. So, 2 months later.... I still do not have a new fridge, thankfully I was able to fix the old fridge until I can find another one. All products and purchases I had from Best Buy have been awesome, but I brought them all home myself and did not have a 3rd party involved. In summary, if you can take this product home by yourself, I would highly suggest it, then you will be a happy camper!

I like the refrigerator. It works well and is relatively quiet. My only problems are with the interior lighting which is not very bright, in fact quite dim, and the door does not close by itself and needs to be pushed closed.

So far so good with this Insignia Fridge. Have had over 16 months now, and it still works excellent. It worth noting that it's in a non-climate-controlled garage, so it gets a good workout. I selected this model because it DIDN'T have any water or ice making capabilities, so the interior space is MASSIVE, and the shelving is laid out well. If you have basic needs for a nice looking fridge, this may be a winner for you.

Loud(er) than average refrigerator as many of the other reviews mentioned also. Its ok since it's a second fridge in the garage where noise doesn't matter too much, but I can't imagine having this inside the house. Delivered with a dent in the bottom of the fridge. Called BestBuy and they scheduled a replacement, only to have the second fridge dent also.

I Went to a Best Buy near my house and was looking for my home appliances, the manager directed me to a Best buy outlet where I ended up buying this massive fridge for about 250 off just for a rear corner dent (that was gonna be hiding in the wall) I’m super pleased with it; it works great the freezer is quick, Both have alot of internal space to work with.

Fridge is nice but a bit low. I have to bend over to actually see what is on the 2nd and 3rd shelf. Doesn’t have a cheese drawer like my last one. Don’t know if I would actually recommend and makes noises at times.

I love this refrigerator because it has so much space. Even the freezer is huge.

Bigger than what we had anticipated, large freezer and fridge areas. Self installed (due to touches delivery), is a two-person job, need a big commercial dolley, may not fit some doors with the packaging intact, plan ahead before moving it from driveway or garage drop-off location. Move it with the packaging if possible...has worked great thus far. attractively priced, definitely recommend.
