    Bought this TV as a Christmas present for my son. The Roku software is great. The craftsmanship of the TV is horrible. I went to clean it with a wipe for the first time. I applied light pressure and the screen cracked. I will contact the manufacturer because it is still under the one year warrantee, however I am sure they are going to tell me the screen is not covered.

    Open Box was a bad choice

    We bought this TV as a open box. Little did we know it would give us problems just after the 15 day window to return or exchange. It was the second TV purchased and although the staff is helpful it is not cool to be out the money. I shouldn't have to wait for a manufacturer to fix a TV that is 15 days old. Lessened learned. The policy is the policy.

    Insignia 24 inch Smart TV was not capable of using Verizon FiOS. I spent hours on the phone with Insignia trying to get the TV to work they told me the TV was bad. I returned the TV to Best Buy and thus far have not gotten a replacement. I would not recommend this product I would stick with Samsung

    Bought this tv and it did not work. Took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it. Took the next one home and it did not work. When my daughter packed it up she accidentally cracked the screen with the removal base. And Best Buy would not take it back. Ten thumbs down for the product and for best buy

    This tv is driving me crazy!

    I have never had more trouble with a brand new tv! Several times each week, it crashes. The only thing i can do is turn off the power strip & restart it. There is no rhyme or reason behind this. So glad it was so inexpensive because I'm already looking for a new one. The worst!

    I bought 2 of these in April 2016. I've used them on less than 10 occasions each - a total of maybe 5 hours use. One of them died on me last week. No indications of any errors, just died. One day, we were using it and the next day - nothing.

    I returned this TV. It would not reliably download anything, even with verified internet speed over 30 Mbps. I needed a TV that would stream for a location that does not have a cable connection, so I bought the Sharp Roku model and it works great.

    This is the worst smart TV I have ever purchased. Just won't connected to the internet and if it did it would log on for no reason. Even changed my internet service thinking it was my service. Nope its the TV do not waste your time. Move on..

    CenturyLink techs advised me that Roku smart tvs from Insignia are not compatible with CenturyLink remote controls, so both the Insignia and CenturyLink remotes are needed for just turning the tv on/off and changing channels or volume.

    Was watching tv fine. Tried to power off. Went into constant reboot loop. Cannot power up. Unplugged cord over night. Still will not boot. Seldom used in 6 months. It's installed in our camper. Again working fine, but now useless.

    TV didn't allow connectivity. Called insignia tech support and after all the troubleshooting which I had already done on my own, I was told it was defective so I exchanged for a different one.

    Best Buy customer service said take it back to store, Geek Squad desk. Store is not close to me, haven't been able to get it back yet. Geek Squad tried to help over the phone, nothing worked.

    I hate this Samsung tv. Constant updates that come over the top of the screen and interfere with the viewing or the stupid thing doesn't work at all. Samsung is learning on ur dime
