    The apps and the remote. Only good thing bout this tv. Picture is not full hd. Whatever that means. But it fits in my truck alright and is all i need on the road so that's why i rated it higher than it probably deserves.

    I purchased this a few months ago because of the Price and features. One is being Smart TV that could use the PLEX app and use of an Antenna. The antenna works great the PLEX app does NOT work half the time. Funny that Amazon can't stream 4K on TV software but use a Firestick on the same now it works ! Yea it's not 4K but the video is Transcoded to 1080 a head of time.

    Painful to set up

    I am a bit disappointed! It took over an hour to download and install all the updates on a brand NEW TV!! I bought this TV primarily to watch from my Dish Network Receiver. Every time I turn on the TV, I have to set it up for antenna input...very inconvenient!! It would be nice if it would stay on the last input used.

    Stupid Audio Problem

    I've had this since 6/23, with an optical cable connected to a sound bar. Regularly audio stutters or drops altogether. Often. The "fix" is switching to another input source on the TV, then returning. I keep hoping that some FireTV Firmware update will help, but I'm about done with this.

    Not reliable - Slow - Restarts Often

    This tv started giving me grief not long after I purchased it. The remote is terrible and more often than not doesn't work. The tv itself is so slow. It takes such a long time to respond to most commands and VERY often just restarts itself. Sometimes it won't turn off, either. I just have to unplug it. Would not recommend.

    Don't waste your money. Remote issues.

    Remote issue wrecks the entire purchase so quit using. Waste of my $166.00! When you try to turn the volume up or down, it doesn't stop...just keeps going all the way up or all the way down and will not stop until it gets there. No abuse to it, live alone, so no reason this should be happening.

    It's an ok tv. You have to be almost straight on to see a decent picture. Poor sound quality-sounds like speaking into a tin cup.

    Insignia 24" F20 Series LED TV

    Picture color quality quickly degrades as you move slightly from straight-on when viewing from a distance of less than 5 feet. Speakers aim down so the volume needs to be turned up higher than expected. That said, this TV is better than the comparable Vizio model, for those issues.

    Bought to replace unit in RV. Substantially thicker than what I would've preferred, as to size. Difficulty programming while traveling, especially when no Internet available. Wouldn't buy again.

    very difficult to put the legs on. should be a lot simpler. cannot figure out how to use a soundbar and tv speakers at the same time for true surround sound. cable picture wont fill the screen because the tv thinks it is 480k??? Cannot find the user manual anywhere on the bestbuy website. i am not impressed!!!

    Purchased open box described as excellent condition. T v arrived and was just as described with the exception of no remote. A remote was included in the description. Best buy would not mail a remote Suggested I buy a universal remote. After three phone calls and speaking 2 managers, I requested a full refund send to item back as described. Took 3 weeks to get my refund. lost customer

    Broken

    Was broken right out of the box. Speaker was crunchy and unbearable. I live over 80 miles away from best buy, it was a speacial outing just to go get this, so now I'm stuck with a garbage tv because of poor manufacturing.
